1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tenet Research platform, website located at tenetresearch.ai, and all associated content, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or accessing the Platform in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
Tenet Research reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tenet Research. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to create an account or use the Platform.
3. Educational Purpose — Not Financial Advice
The Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or any other form of financial guidance. All research content, AI analysis, buy zones, demo portfolios, and other materials are illustrative and educational in nature.
You acknowledge that investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Tenet Research is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.
4. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, Tenet Research grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not include the right to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Platform content or features
- Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or data extraction software on the Platform
- Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or service
5. Account Registration & Security
To access paid features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@tenetresearch.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Tenet Research is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
6. Membership, Billing & Payments
Access to the full Platform requires a paid membership subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Tenet Research to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you selected (quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) until you cancel.
No Refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or any other reason. By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Prices are subject to change. Tenet Research will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time directly from your account page — no email required. Simply go to your account settings and cancel your subscription. No hoops, no hassle.
Cancellation must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in your billing period.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:
- Sharing, selling, or distributing your account credentials or granting access to any other person
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Harvesting, collecting, or compiling data from the Platform without authorization
- Using the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm any other person
- Reproducing or publicly sharing Platform content without written permission
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, data, AI-generated analysis, research content, software, and trade names—are the exclusive property of Tenet Research or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any Platform content. The Tenet Research name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Tenet Research.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Tenet Research does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Market data provided through the Platform may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any research content or AI analysis.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TENET RESEARCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TENET RESEARCH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TENET RESEARCH IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tenet Research and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Termination
Tenet Research reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued upon termination for violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Tenet Research is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
